About Ty Caron - Caron HouseA fantastically located pet friendly, 3 bedroom end terrace house, with stunning views over Porthmadog. The house has recently been refurbished to a high standard throughout, and is a great base to explore Snowdonia and the surrounding extraordinary countryside. Boasting a modern fitted kitchen, spacious lounge, dining room and large garden, the house is great for families and groups alike. There are three bedrooms in all, sleeping 5 or 6 in total, and a shared modern shower room. There is ample parking off the road.
Enter onto the ground floor to a spacious hallway. The ground floor boasts the large lounge with flat screen TV, a dining room and extended lounge area. With French doors opening into the dining room from the lounge, this is a great large space for families and groups to enjoy. To the rear of the property there is a modern fitted kitchen with all modern appliances, including also a small utility room with a washing machine for added convenience.
Access to the rear garden and patio area can be from the extended lounge or kitchen - a great space for children to play and for adults to relax. You could even bring a BBQ and enjoy a summer evening with these stunning views.
The first floor (accessed by a staircase) has two large double bedrooms which have ample space for a travel cot, and also a single bedroom. It is possible to add an extra camp bed into one of these rooms to extend the accommodation from sleeping 5 to 6 in total. On the first floor is the modern shower room, and all rooms enjoy a great amount of natural light throughout the day.
The area itself is a relatively quiet part of the bustling town of Porthmadog - set above the town there are great views to be enjoyed.
Pets: dogs are allowed at Ty Caron, however please note that the fence at the rear of the garden is not "dog proof", and should be a consideration when booking as there is a steep drop at the end of the garden.
